4 – Sales:

ATC Accounting Systems © is equipped with a complete automated billing and selling system that generate legally accepted sales invoices according to the new Egyptian Tax Law No. 91 to the year 2005 that include the following:

A- Selling price.
B- Sales Tax (the system includes the Egyptian Sales Tax Law for both sales and services with the      accepted ratios)
C- Withhold tax on each invoice.
D- Credit Invoices and the linking it to the customer's accounts as the selling form includes the code      of the destination that is linked to the customer's accounts
E- Sales Reporting:
      The sales Report includes all sales information grouped by either customer names or by product.

5- Reports:

when we were designing ATC Accounting System © our care was about the professionalism of the accounting reports from the accounting point of view so we designed the system in a manner that controls the creation of account in order to be according the international accounting standards.
ATC Accounting System © generate the following reports:

A- Balance sheet.
B- Income Statement with both classifications of expenses by function or by nature.
C- General Ledger.
D- Subsidiary Ledger (to 4 analytical levels).
E- Analysis for each account.
F- Trial Balance (high detailed).
G- Customer’s and suppliers information (which will be required according the new Egyptian Tax       Law).
H- Aging report for debts.

6- Taxation:

ATC Accounting Systems © generates special reports that are needed by taxation authorities like withhold tax report that was held by the company to the right of the suppliers such report include all data & information required by tax authorities.

ATC Accounting Systems © calculate stamp tax due on documents generated by system like Sales and Services invoices and also cash in and out orders ,notes receivables and bank checks.

ATC Accounting Systems © includes special formulas for tax analyses that is not sold with ATC Accounting Systems and ATC Accountants and Tax consultants hold the rights to use such formulas to the right of customer after a yearly contract or agreement.

7- Consolidated and Branches Reports:

ATC Accounting Systems © generates both consolidated and branches financial reports.

8- ERP:

ATC Accounting System © is designed with ERP methodology and techniques with 3 versions server, Client and standalone with a full control on all the system privilege and also with 4 levels approval.
