1. Tax Review |

Conducting comprehensive tax review of revenues and
expenses to ensure their compliance with the new tax
law, to prevent any erroneous itemization of expenses or
non-inclusion of any revenues to avoid strict penalties
stipulated in the new tax law. |

2. Preparing tax return |
|
|
Preparing tax returns accurately in conformity with law
(No. 91 of 2005) and submitting them on due date to
avoid Penalties stipulated by low. |

3. Customer Service |
|
|
Providing prompt tax consultations in written form or on
phone and E-mail for our clients. |
|
|
4. Managing Disputes |
|
|
a. Representing clients who have never dealt with
tax authority and its inspectorates in order to benefit
from the article relating to waiving of tax outstanding,
as well as submitting sound tax return for 3 consecutive
years to obtain a new start in dealing with tax
authority and to enjoy general tax pardon for all
previous years. |

|
b. Sound representation at different taxation
departments, attending tax inspection in addition to
settlement of all disputes arising in the course of
internal committee, appeal committee or tax
reconciliation committee. |

|
c. If any tax disputes emerge that require the
issuance of resolutions for settlement, AHL EL DARAEB
will act on behalf of our clients in communicating with
the General Department for Tax Researches on Income. |

d. Identifying the disputed tax amounts for the
possibility of finalizing such disputes through the
payment of amounts ranging from (10% to 40%) of the
disputed tax before courts by October, 2004 and
performing final settlements with tax authority. |

e. In case of any disputes regarding sales tax, we
attend grievances and conciliation committees on behalf
of our clients until reaching a final settlement for all
disputes. |
